My name is Nio Roca, I am 22 years old and a Creative Director, Fashion Designer and Creator. My personal aspirations focus on fashion, audiovisuals and 3D arts.
I was born and raised in Barcelona, where I developed an early interest in art that led to the creation of my own visual world, encompassing every form of expression. My passion for this field was truly ignited since I was a kid in every existing art field. This inspiration propelled me to explore my imagination further, culminating in Brandon Maxwell’s recognition of my final project for my Art Degree, presenting at Milan Design Week in 2022 and 2023, and receiving a merit scholarship from my university. These achievements have constantly driven me to push boundaries, continuously learn, and progress in my creative efforts.
Fashion Design has been the gateway to my performative and immersive world. Working on projects involving Project Management, Creative Direction, Photography/Video, Post-production, Garment Detailing, Model Scouting, Styling, Moodboard Creation, Textile Manipulation, Magazine Layout, Illustration, Social Network, Set Design, and 3D Design allows me to shape concepts that are never fully defined and can be endlessly reimagined. This endless potential excites me and fuels my innovative process, leading to recognition such as the "Jordi Labanda Award for Best Illustration”, and the mention of the “Commons Impact Award” for my Graduation Collection.
